We ship all of our orders via the United States Postal Service. Every package is carefully wrapped and double checked for accuracy and shipped to you within 48 hours of your purchase.
If you reside in the United States your package should take approximately 2-7 days to arrive.
If you are an international client…welcome! We are happy to ship worldwide. Please note that we are not responsible for your package once it leaves our hands at the post office. Many times international orders can get held up in customs and because of this delivery times may vary. Unfortunately the nature of international shipping means that we can not track your order once it leaves the United States. International customers are also responsible for any customs or duties fees that their country charges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on cut fabric, unless it is a mistake on our part…if we do make a mistake please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can exchange your purchase for the correct item or a website credit.
We will issue an exchange on un-opened patterns and notions, please contact us for a return # so we can track your item and issue your credit as soon as we receive it.
